A Day in the Kitchen

well..almost....
So it's Sunday.. the plans is to sleep until noon probably 2pm then have breakfast, be lazy, watch TV, til day end. Really easy right? Well it didn't work out that way.
My mom woke me up at 8am to drop her somewhere. I got home at 8:30am and really hungry so I decided to make me some tea and a small plain sandwich. After eating I stayed up reading a book. My phone rings at noon my cousin calling saying she will stop by to get the red shirt. When she come at about 1pm we stay up talk for a while then I asked her if she wanted me to make something for her. She left it up to me. So I made her a stuffed tuna omelette's. Which she really loved because she kept asking me what were the ingredients I used to make it. We hangout doing petty stuff.
At 4pm i get a call from my other three cousins. it's SOS they are starving and in die need of food. So, I told then I'll make some food for them. I put on my chef hat again, and started my third meal of the day. Made some chicken, rice, and some side dishes. Which they enjoyed. Hangout after that until 8pm... then I finely had a chance to be lazy, watch TV then go to bed.... By that time it was 11pm
Not bad for a Sunday huh? :-) Still I loved all the cooking I did.

Random Thoughts

On my way back to lunch this afternoon. A song that I used to like so much was playin on radio and I just couldnt't take it. I had to change the channel. So, that made me wonder: How come I loose interest so fast in things that I like?
I am thinking I am that way too with relationships. One of the reasons I never commit cuz I know I will be bored soon enough. I tried to keep my distance and not let the person get attached. Anyway, lets get back on the subject.
Seriously, two weeks ago I was listening to this song like crazy. Watched the video so many times I can't even count and listen to it at home, in my car, requested the DJs to play it at the clubs and I was really feelin it. But, yeah, it all came to halt today. And for no aparent reason. I just couldnt stand it. Oh well, I don't know but I was thinking that was something.

Blogging?

Wow, it feels like a decade since I posted anything on my Blog. I don't really know what has stopped me to do so. I know lot of things had happened since my last post, that's for sure. Actually some of the things that had been going on, I wouldn't have dreamed in a millions years that they would happen. But, I guess circumstances change and the decisions we make affect our lives even more. At least there are no regrets going into the future. Either having the time of my life or learning from my mistakes. I can deal with that. Just don't want to party too much that I loose focus on whats really important. I think I am getting serious on you, so I will stop here.

Finely 1st day of Snow!!!

We were wondering if we were going to have snow this year. We didn't have a white Christmas and New years eve was not that cold either considering the winter in Columbus. But when you give up and say what a heck? That's the time things really happen. So, this morning I dropped my mom at 7:30 in the morning and on my way there and back there was just a little of sprinkles here and there.
I get back home and got back to bed at 7:45am the street are very clear. Few hours later, specifically 1:15pm I wake go in the kitchen to make some breakfast when I pull the blinds up all of a sudden Bam! Every thing is totally covered. I mean just in a few hours everything totally changed. It has stopped snowing now. Most of the roads are plowed and cleared of snow. here are the a few pictures in the back of our house:
