Principle: Understand we are all different with a purpose.
The goal and intent of providing this information is not determine which
personality type is right or wrong or who is better or worse, good or bad.
It's just to point out quite simply that we are all different. We should never
stop making effort to climb to a higher level of understanding,
so we can get along better with others, accomplish more and enjoy life to
the fullest. Knowledge is power!

'S' Type personality-Supportive / Reserved and People- Oriented
Color Blue: Blue means peaceful, harmonious like the sky.
Some key words to describe the strength of this personality:
Supportive, Steady, Sentimental, Sweet, Secure, Stable,
Shy, Self-sacrificing and Status quo.
Other strengths: Loyal, Very Patient, Easygoing, Polite, Meek,
Reserved, Appreciative, Reliable, Not pushy, Trustworthy,
Observant, Nice, Conservative, Diplomatic, Humorous,
Quiet, Calm, Good finishers,Good listeners,
Hate conflicts, Hate confrontation.

The 'S's' type are labeled as steady, because they are so even tempered
and reliable. They have a warm heart and love being at home with one
or two close friends sipping cocoa.
They don't handle pressure well at all and prefer things to stay routine
with no changes in their pattern.
'S's' feel secure when things are running smoothly. They will easily adapt
to any situation and fit in for fear of being noticed.
They will avoid being put in the spotlight and would much prefer working
behind the scenes in a supporting role.

The 'S' personality will have difficut time saying no,
and they will struggle against being forceful with someone.
They are excellent team players even though they are naturally
passive and shy. This style will enjoy having fun with people as long as
the fun isn't centered around them. They are quiet, back-seat dweller
and will do nothing to purposely oppose you. They want you to like them.
They really don't want to ruffle any feathers.
'S's' are great at keeping secrets, forever if need be.

The 'S' is the most loyal of friends and will want to serve the people
closest to them and meet their needs. They are trustworthy, dependable
and model listeners.
They bring comfort and stability to relationships, because they have
a relaxed and easygoing demeanor. They are also predictable.

Some weakness you need to be aware of: Stubborn, Selfish,
Stingy, Sucker, Indecisive, Fearful, Lazy, Too patient,
People pleasers (afraid to say no), Overcautious, Timid,
Easily taken advantage of, Not good initiators, Not risk takers, Too dependent.

'S' people are so practical and indecisive that they may miss out on excellent
opportunities. They often appear to have a lack of initiative. They much prefer
to take things slowly and even stick with the status quo rather than
consider another alternative. This all stems from not really liking change.
They are resistant to change and can be quite stubborn.
If there is a chance of failure, 'S' individuals would prefer to do nothing.
'S's' are caring and cooperative people. They are softhearted. They will work
with people and go the extra mile when others won't. They will sacrifice their
own needs for others even at a loss.
They need to toughen up and learn to say no sometimes!

inside and harbor long-term resentment. They prefer to say nothing
for fear of hurting the person who may have hurt them 1st.
